Mother Teresa

Grades 2nd-6th

This Non-fiction Biography portrays Mother Teresa as a young girl who was interested in serving the people from the time she was a little girl. It describes her life of struggle to the time she received the Nobel Peace Prize. There are many photos that give you an idea about her life’s work and what kinds of conditions she worked in. Younger students may not find this book extremely interesting but they should be introduced to people that have sacrificed for others and learn that life around the world is not as it is here in the U.S.
