Rob is a journalist, book author, poet, and short story writer. He has authored six books, five nonfiction, and one poetry collection. He is the founding publisher of Chile Pepper magazine, which he sold after 10 years in order to return to full-time writing. He has taught writing at the University of New Mexico for 20 years.
