This was a fun book to read with some very great and useful chapters on wine and wine and food pairing and some other chapters containing interviews with people on wine and food pairings using foods that I definitely never eat (lets pair wine with foods real people actually eat!) so I found myself skipping over some of these interviews. Still an enjoyable read over all. Included a few recipes from chefs interviewed in the book, one of which was a lamb and beef shepherds pie that I made. Yum.
