Couldn't put the book down after two pages. There is a fair share of waxing poetic and he dances along the edge of pretentiousness at times, but overall he paints a vivid picture of the process of taking what skills students living in deplorable conditions already have, and building on them through an environment of mutual respect to encourage students to think about the concept of the system and how it might work as a means for understanding the world, and then solving its problems. .
