I've learned all about "behaviourism" throughout this monograph with simply put. Differ from psychodynamic matter, behavior modification refers to observable behaviors instead of a complex network of unobservable internal processes (use several techniques like modelling, reinforcement, etc). Behaviors can be changed and successfully maintained over time, then attitudes and feelings will also change to become consistent with new behaviours. CHANGE STARTS FROM WITHIN (attitudes, feelings, and beliefs) and proceeds outward (spesific behaviours).
