Living Between Two Worlds

Rate this book
The kingdom of God concerns itself with our daily life. It is not meant to take us out of the world, but rather to leave us in the world, separate and apart from its negative aspects. But how is this to be done in the world of our everyday experience; a world of illness, petty concerns, and greed? This work will help the reader live a more fulfilling and spiritual life in his home and at work, without neglecting daily responsibilities. Even more, it is for those who would learn to walk that path, narrow as a razor's edge, which leads from the disappointments of the material world to an inner kingdom of peace and final contentment.

most excellent concept. I need to make that transition completely to the spiritual kingdom of my Heavenly Father. Living in this material world is not efficient living but mortal living.

Even better than the 1st time ! Like reading an entirely new book. After having achieved "some" level of meaningful Spiritual Reality, after a Life-long student of It, it is still difficult understanding and living "in the world, but not of it". This book is excellent at explaining that bridge. Sorry it has taken to the end of my 6th decade to run across Joel, but, as they say, always better late than never !

another excellent and illumined book

I love all of Goldsmith books. They project a consciousness which is above my reasoning at times, but really explain how the spiritual world works.

This book another great book, describing how I feel from the core of my being.. heavy reading without a doubt. But, it deludes the essence of my soul.though my physical image appears here, Iam not of this world. Great book and it has been calling me to read it again.. will do..
