This book is a very practical assessment of how change is changing. The acceleration of change should be seen not as overwhelming, but as opportunities. The ability to single out what we want and make goals and acheive those goals is tantamount to success. Therefore, it is planning those changes that we intend to make that will allow us to excel.

The book includes tables and fill-in-the-blank Q&A's to allow the reader to address specific problems and emerge with solutions, which may steers someone toward talking to a loved one, or asking the right questions, or seeking the right guidance.
