I like the simplicity of this book. Each page pulls two letters from the alphabet in no particular order and illustrates them with representative animals. For example: P and Y have a full page pix of a Yak with a Parrot perched on one of his horns. I particularly like the Lamb/Wolf page—the Lamb is in the background with the Wolf in the foreground wearing sheeps’ clothing (a sweater). Actually, each page is delightful!

Meh. Inventive concept but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the book. The parrot/yak pairing with the parrot perched on the yak's horn is the most whimsical. 2.5 stars.
