Uniquely written from the child’s perspective. Draws you in from the first page and the creepy factor continues at the same pace for the whole book which was awesome. Love when characters do what you wished they’d do when facing such an entity. Finished it in one evening. Only thing I struggled with is how old I imagined the kid, as some scenes/dialogue could’ve been for a 5 year old or felt like she needed to be at least 10. They also say the word “piqued” a lot lol
