July 15, 2019Damon is going along doing his job when he smells his mate. Imagine his surprise when his mate doesn’t jump his bones immediately and he discovers his mate already has a boyfriend.
Damon got on my nerves. He was a little full of himself and his huge “hammer cock” 🙄. He was kind of obnoxious. But I also felt like he wouldn’t take no for an answer with Jordan and it made me not like him in a way. I’m all about the “mine, mine, mine” but here I felt uncomfortable initially. That being said, it’s still full of the mating, baby batter and knotting” but it did read like a cheesy “B” porn flick.
And let’s not forget the editing...😖 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Therefore, no rating. It’s my own fault and I should have known better.

My Opinion:
- Alpha Damon and Omega Jordan cross paths when Damon is delivering fish to Ol’ WIlly’s. It is immediate to Damon that Jordan is his mate… But not Jordan? Turns out he had lost his sense of smell and couldn’t scent the bond. Don’t worry, we’ll fix this.
- As our series demands, the strong Alpha takes the younger Omega, breeds them, then we fast forward four months and we have some kind of drama and surprise labor that is skipped over and suddenly we have babies. In this one, .
- These are a strange mix of erotica/smut and romance. For a novella, these aren’t bad to read but I would recommend not reading for the plot but more like a palette cleanser.

85% Around the Block
I had a problem with this book almost from the beginning...
As referenced above “around the block”; the author repeats this line on the same page only a paragraph or so apart. But okay...
Next problem is a “monster”. The alpha appendage is described thusly by himself a couple of times and then Omega uses same monster terminology.
Not to mention (SPOILER ALERT)
The ex and omega staying chaste with hands only. Or the arrival of ex, seemed to be page filler. The “we [alpha and omega] have porn style sex” cause they are so awesome. And the lack of a gag reflex...enough said.
I have not read book one so I cannot speak on how that relates. After this I am not inclined to read that or what I am guessing will become book three.
Not best in genre I have read, but sadly?, not the worst. If you like stories that are shorter and wrap up the happy ending fast you will appreciate that in this book.

I really wanted to love this book, but something just didn't work for me and I'm not sure what it was, this was my first read by this author and I may try another book in this series.

Aspen has done it again. This second book in her new series is fantastic. Although this book stands alone, reading the first book will get you familiar with the characters. The are old friends galore. A new disturbed ex. And HEA. I read this in one sitting. I loved it!
Damon, lobsterman extraordinaire, would love to find his fated mate. When he scents him , his world is upended. Jordan just wants to be respected, and loved like he deserves. Thank fate he finds Damon.
These two have a rocky, funny get together. Once the problems are solved, the sparks fly. Add an unexpected heat, and the sex is off the charts! Mpreg, cute babies, what's not to love! Get this book. You will love it!

Bred To Give is the second book in the Cliffside Wolves series by Aspen Grey. Damon and Jordan's love story... and it's a fun and sexy read.
A fated mate unable to scent, a crazy abusive ex, and a virgin with no gag reflex... this is just some of the aspects of this story that await the reader in this entertaining and heated mpreg. Well written, interesting story and fun characters... a great addition to the series.

A little twist on your typical fated mates story because only one of them can sense that the other is his fated mate. Jordan and Damon are great together and incredibly hot together. Damon knows right away that Jordan is his fated mate but Jordan has lost his sense of smell and ca't tell that Damon is his fated mate. It's both a sweet and hot read. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

What does an alpha do when his fated mate has lost his sense of smell, doesn't recognize him, and is stuck in an abusive relationship? You get this fantastic, grab-you-by-the-feels, powerful, slow burning, engaging, heartbreaking yet hopeful, and delightfully unexpected twist on the standard shifter trope.

Even though I wasn't able to read book 1 this one didn't leave me hanging. It gave me just the right amount of knowledge to understand what was going on. Damon and Jordan just prove that love can happen in the blink of an eye. This story was so good and I can wait to see who has the next one. I definitely give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy

This is the second book in the series and we meet Jordan the omega who can't smell and Damon the alpha who wants him to be his.
We get to see Damon and Jordan's relationship develop through Jordan with no sense of smell, his boyfriend and his low self-esteem. I felt like some of the story could have been expanded on just a bit. But overall a quick steamy read

This was a very well done addition to this series. Once Damon finds Jordan, he scents him as his mate, however, the same was not true for Jordan since he had no sense of smell. The romance was hot and sweet with an abusive ex on Jordan's trail. The story was interesting and I did find it quite interesting and enjoyable. The secondary characters were also very engaging. =)

ARC review For honest review in Cliffside alpha demon is a fishermen and while taking his haul to ol' willy he smells and sees his fated mate omega Jordan but because he can't smell do to his senses he doesn't realize . This was a cute story I like how demon has patients with him.

Another enjoyable add to the series. I loved Jordan and Damon’s romance, it was hot and sweet. I like that the author brings the characters from the previous book and shows how their friendship grows.
