Pipelines

The first collaboration between Janice and Anne Bevan, based on water and the underground network of pipes that supplied Edinburgh drinking water from from medieval times (when the source was natural springs near Comiston) to the present day (the huge Scottish Water plant in the Borders). The name of the exhibition was Undercover. The book is pipelines. The exhibition in total was first shown at the Fruitmarket Gallery in installation.
