This is an old time P. I. book. Anthea is missing. She ran away as a teen to make movies with a man and now her sister wants to find her fourteen years later. Preston is the P.I. hired to find her. He is following the leads to get the answers for the sister. Preston is talking to the police to help with finding Anthea. Evil shows up in this story. Many surprising twists and turns in this mystery.
