Formatting was inconsistent towards the end. They set you up to expect certain lengths of passages and in the end of the book those are shattered. Most of the devotions are good but a few are dated and misogynistic.
It’s an excellent devotional Bible. Each day, you can read some of the Old Testament, some of the New Testament, a Psalm and some Proverbs. They’ve also included a devotion for each day.
{unfortunately, yet again, this year, I’ve given it up. I didn’t read for “a couple of days”, and got too far behind, became discouraged, and gave up.}

This presentation of The Word does a good job of giving each day not just the old and new testament, but also a Psalm and a piece of Proverbs. Each day with multiple pieces to think on, and a little mini-homily to link to what is to be a relatable everyday story.
