Interesting. A lot tamer than I thought it would be. America does this propaganda a lot also. People act like it's some evil thing invented by and used only by, the Nazi's. BS> Ben Franklin did worse. America has done worse recently. Jessica Lynch was total BS. Pat Tillman wasn't just BS. It was plain evil and unbelievable gall! Pat specifically laid out how he wanted his funeral etc. (Where Men Win Glory: The Odyssey of Pat Tillman). And the American government used him like a cheap hooker. Comparatively speaking, this was more like Friday the 13th 1978 compared to the gore of modern 2020 audiences (or 2023).

My father brought a couple of the original magazines back after the war. Even at that age I found them fascinating. Particularly the pin-ups, same in all the forces I suppose!

I wish there were more. Magazines, that is.
