This was pretty good -- the H was a bit too aloof for much of the book, but there was no doubt he was falling for the h. The OW was appropriately tiresome and gets one mini- and one mid-size comeuppance.

It's in the first person, which works although it sometimes made the h appear to be a bit spacey. The H is a decent guy, which is also nice, and there's a plot moppet who doubles as vengeance demon in a good way.

What an odd book. Partly a whodunnit and an odd romance. The heroine is not the usual type that appears in these novels. Relationships seemed to form in triple quick time and there were several problems where the book contradicted itself. Things happened far too quickly and the OW was a prominent part of the H’s life until the last evening. Not a keeper.
