I’m over half way through and find this book to be interesting. My son anlso enjoys what he has read so far.

I’m not sure how accurately it aligns with real life around a pond but it seems to give a decent overview of some life around a pond throughout the seasonal changes.

It makes me want to slow down, experience nature, and think about the interconnections.

I was confused when looking up this book because it appears to be listed under a Jack Samson but my copy from Knopf has John G. Samson as the author. Seems to be the same book though.
