A great and comprehensive look at the basic principles of service marketing, though this edition did feel quite outdated with its examples for the current state of technology and marketing. The necessary gist was there but certain research was already obsolete

A very good book in service marketing, it took me all the way easily explaining the service marketing concept and the 7P’s for service. I had the chance to read most of it during my MBA.
