I read this book when it first came out and found it hilarious. Chris Fountain has a gift for dry humor. Even the title is tongue-in-cheek. Its brutally frank portrait of the millionaire who wants to join the in-crowd is cloaked in satire.
My favorite part provides instructions for the millionaire seeking to find a church that reflects his wealth and social status.
The book is fun and entertaining. I would like to read more books by this author.

It’s occasionally very clever, but I miss the affectionate insider’s tone of The Official Preppy Handbook and The Sloane Ranger Handbook.
