Contains simple explanations of both aruveydic medicine and an elimination diet. The speakers for those were Vasant Lad and John MacDougall respectively. Speaker Helene S. Smith was also interesting as her viewpoint was unique as both cancer research scientist and cancer patient. This book is written off of radio interviews done by New Dimensions Radio in the 1990's.
