Being a vegan for a while I was looking for a few different recipes to add to my list of vegan recipes. This book was not helpful for that. The recipes seemed complicated to do, required ingredients I don't have and didn't sound very appealing to me. If you're just starting and looking for recipes that are plant based then you might find this to be a very valuable book.....but I did not.
