‘Fragile Mind’ is a collection of poetry related to mental illness that aims to provide a window into the minds of sufferers.
A significant portion of the world’s population are affected either directly suffering with an illness of having a close friend or relative that suffers.
So please, share in these poems with attention and emotion and delve deep into the thoughts of ‘sufferers’. And for all the afflicted that completely relate, then my message to you is - “You’re Not Alone”.

This was a lovely and simple collection that truly expresses the struggles with mental health, particularly depression. It's not a sadness; it's a hopelessness and despair that is all-consuming. And that is conveyed brilliantly here. I was concerned with the rhyming - as lately I've found it off-putting in its usage - however, it enhanced much of the meaning in the poems where it was used. And I appreciate that more than I can say.
The approach is no frills. There's no pretense, no flourishing. It's honest. Perhaps there is more honesty that could have been explored; however, that doesn't detract from the honesty and emotion present on the page. Truly a fine collection of poetry I greatly enjoyed.
This book offers an honest look at mental illness through the eyes of a poet. Sad, surprising, hopeful, and cathartic, this book allows those who struggle with mental health to know they are not alone.
