undergraduates and an essential reference source for UK criminal law practitioners.

The twelfth edition has been completely updated in order to include all legislative and case law developments. The chapter on fraud has been rewritten to take into account the Fraud Act 2006. Other key changes include incorporation of the Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act 2007, and recent

Always an interesting read.

Still have yet to finish this though. Probably would pick it up any time in the near future unless I'm really bored.
