Good story about overcoming fears and the committment of friends. One good ole' practical joke by friends cured the fears of another. I enjoyed the teamwork.

I have two boys - one now nineteen and the other five - and this has been a favourite for both (albeit a few years apart).

A fun little animal story to help children get over their fears. The pictures show lots of details of contemporary rural life in South Africa. They remind me of the top of the escarpment just before the road plunges down toward Pietermaritzburg, but the author is from Cape Town so it may be intended to be somewhere that direction.
