Kome On, Klassy !
I started reading last night; I only put it down to get some rest. This is an elegant yet urban epic tale about a queen refusing to be knocked off her throne. Karen "K.K." King is a true boss. Hers is a story about NEVER GIVING UP. Each chapter oozes of her determination to stay on her grind, while re-inventing newer versions of her person. Even her imperfections are polished! I urge you all to get into it ; this book is intoxicating ! Come thru, Part 2!!

I haven't watched Love and Hip Hop in a long time. (Momma Dee is a character). I did watch up to a point where KK joined the cast...and I vaguely remembered someone mentioning bits of her past. Little did I know that her past was a ROLLER COASTER!!
KK is a very savvy business woman; one could have only imagined. She is by far the unluckiest, luckiest, unlucky person that I could have ever imagined. My goodness! I was screaming at her every time Lyn came into the picture. I even tried to shield my eyes and shake my head at every time she fell into a "trap".

Luck Be A Lady Tonight In This Valley
Karen King! aka KK has lived a life but has the worst dumb luck! Her life is a whole Frank Sinatra song: “That’s life...you’re riding high in April, shot down in May...” Every since a number of us were introduced to KK on Love & Hip Hop ATL, I just love her. But to know her story, struggling to make the American dream but failing to cross all those t’s & dot the I’s which landed her in the feds, more than once. Single mom, a favorite Auntie trying to give them all the world but always seeming to come up short. It is a page turner and with every turn you want her to win. And in the end well she kind of does if only she can leave this Lyndon dude alone. He is her kryptonite. Anyway, not bad for her first book, but I gave it 4 stars due to a number of grammatical issues. If you are reading this Karen, I will be more than happy to be your proofreader for Book 2! ☺️ Keep turning those corners KK!

a no just read
Writing a book about your own personal struggles experiences and demons is hard I applaud Karen King she told her truth and she knows she isn’t perfect she is willing to right her wrongs so in my eyes this what makes her special and I can’t wait for Part 2 cause I know she will not leave nothing out hopefully we the readers can read Part 2 by this year I definitely will recommend this book to others to read

Determination
I will start off by saying that this book has the potential to be a 5 star book but the time line issues make it difficult to understand at times. The one thing I love about the book is no matter what she kept her determination. It gives you the opportunity to know Karen as a person.

Great read!!!
Read it in one day I couldnt stop reading. Never judge a book by its cover. You never know what people are really going through. This has completely changed my perspective on KK. She was just a woman tryin to take care of her babies the best way she knew how just like the rest of us mothets. Loved it!! Cant wait to see what KK comes with next!!

Great book Ms. KK
It was very detailed and very well put but I lived it until it got to the end. It sort of went left but overall a good read. I love how she took care of family first no matter what and that she's a go getter hell a visionary. I wouldn't mind working for her myself 😜 Thanks for sharing Karen I really enjoyed it and am ready to read the next on.

Judge book
I only knew K K king from tv but when reading this book She been through a lot . Now I understand what she had to do to take care of her family. Life is not easy sometimes you have to do what you really don’t want to do

Fantastic
This book was a page turner. I couldn’t put it down from wondering what was going to happen next. KK has gone through so much in her life. It is amazing that she is still standing. God is good all the time.

I gave it three stars because it keep me entertained. However, the grammatical errors in this book are horrendous. Plus she starts a subject and seemingly gets sidetracked and starts talking about something totally different. I love her on LHHATL so that is why I read this book.

Never judge a book by it’s cover
Karen is someone who has made a lot of bad choices but she is brilliant, creative, strong, a little selfish, talented and the list goes on and on. I hope she never stop being who God crested her to be and become a little wiser when it comes to people.

Loved her in love & hip hop so was looking forward to reading her book..the grammar is very bad,there is spelling mistakes all the way though,no full stops,story all over the place.such a shame

No one believes in editors these days. There were so many mistakes in this book and you can tell it was a rush job. Her story is alright, kind of "woe is me" all the time. Anyway, I only finished this book because I started it, but it was definitely trash.
