Αρκετά ενδιαφέρον βιβλίο, παρουσιάζει μια εικόνα της ηγεσίας εστιασμένη κυρίως στον άνθρωπο και όχι στην επιχείρηση. Νομίζω πως από αυτήν την σκοπιά θα έπρεπε να αναπτύσσονται οι ηγέτες και όχι μόνο κοιτώντας νούμερα και στόχους. Όλα καλά μέχρι που διαπίστωσα δυο τρία παραδείγματα που φανερώνουν έναν συντηρητισμό που πιστεύω ότι καλό θα είναι να αποφεύγεται.
