Extremely insightful book. Very good information. Definitely feel like my financial compass was greatly expanded to understand the vast realm of financing “hacks” specifically when it comes to loan generation with real estate (or any other collaterally backed agreement).

Definitely recommend to someone who wants to grow in knowledge of this. Simple to understand, but very clear and direct to maximize knowledge of market.

Only reason it’s not a 5* is because more examples would’ve been amazing.
