It's obviously out of print now, but this advice book meant so much to me when I was a tween. It was pretty much my go-to book whenever I was having an issue at home, school, with friends, etc., and I read it from cover to cover repeatedly. Of course, the information may seem very dated now, and as it was written by members of an American girls' magazine, many of the references confused me as a Brit, but I can honestly say my teenage years were a tiny, tiny bit better because of this book.

I read this in high school and it turned out to be a gem! Very helpful tips for young ladies transitioning into adulthood.

Rather childish but I couldn't help liking this anyway...
