Recipes are listed in table of contents, Introduction with pictures talks about the book itself.
Recipes start with a title, medium plus color pictures, summary of the dish.
Servings, time and list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given but there is NO nutritional information
Some recipes call for a lot of ingredients, be sure to have them all.
Lots to choose from, great use of spices and herbs.

Short

There were fewer than 30 recipes, and 3of the recipes were different versions of fried rice. I thought it must have just been the sample before I realised it really is that short.
