I liked this book. It covers the year in India cricket from October 1st 2013 to September 30th 2014. It's very thorough, covers all the major areas within said Indian season, and does it with more humour than I remember from the parent edition. If you want a detailed examination of Cricket with an Indian flavour, this is the place to go to.
It will appeal to the typical cricket nerd who's interested in cricket in India. My one grumble would be that this is published in April (6 months after the close of the Indian cricket year), so seems out of sync with Indian cricket, and more inclined to appeal to those who buy the parent edition, rather than the Indian market directly.
