Great adventure of old western folklore, as Cal Rivers and crew leads us on a long trip across the old West. There isn't one dull moment throughout this compelling story, especially if you like a little suspense and a lot of gunplay. Just find your favorite chain,get a large glass of Cola, or your favorite beverage and prepare yourself for and outstanding trip throughout the old West, as you will have to it this book aside!
I have read several of Mr. Settle's outstanding releases and this one, as all others, is a five star masterpiece! The storylines successfully depicts what I have come to perceive as true old American western folklore as it actually existed. Mr. Settle is one of the best when it comes to presenting how the West was really tamed.
His characters, especially Cal and Jay, as they continuously fulfilled my greatest expectations in their many heartwarming endeavors throughout this compelling story that really touches any reader's heartstrings. If you want gunfighting, romance and exciting suspenseful episodes then this story is definitely worthy of your time. Most definitely recommend this fascinating story to all of you western adventures seekers, as you will definitely experience the ride of your life!

Settle gave readers another good story, with plenty of action and adventures. Rivers had some narrow escapes, which made it interesting.
