In life, some things are stranger than fiction. If you throw drugs, alcohol, and depression diagnosis in with a world full of users and fake friends life takes a twist and turns that no one can ever expect. Not even the one living the life or much-preferred term lie. The lies we tell each other and ourselves are to reassure that what we are doing it temporarily. I went down the same road, with the exception I had friends. Friends that took turns getting high or drunk so the rest of us could enjoy an adult night out to blow off steam from working all week, But that's another story. This is what life was like for Noni. I couldn't spin this into anything else but what it is; A deeply emotional story with large gaps that only she can fill in and explain.
