I read this book to my baby in the waiting room at the doctor's office. This is probably the worst children's book I've ever read. The plot: pretty mermaid gets even more pretty for a party, and the other mermaids tell her how pretty she is. On some pages, it's hard to read the large blocks of text on the colorful background (not that the text was worth reading, as it turned out).

Automatic extra star for having my name... Ha!
My sister sent this to me. It's an alright book. It is a book for kids, there doesn't need to be a lot to it. For a child it's easy to read and understand. Not a bad edition to my kid's bookshelf.
