A group of school bullies lure Ricky to the outlook. Where people go to drink, make out or both.
They push Ricky around who loses his footing and falls over the cliff. They all run except Jon. Who goes to the nearest phone to report what happened.
Next is a series of events caused by the bullies own doing.
