Phantom Bastards MC #1

Jennifer's Choice

Rate this book
Brantley ‘Wood’ Parker
I’ve lived my life the way that I want to; free. That’s why I joined the Phantom Bastards MC as soon as I graduated high school. Things are starting to escalate once again and I now have someone that means more to me than my own life to protect. Yeah, I’d lay down my life for any single one of my brothers. Jennifer, Wade, and Boy Scout are different. Boy Scout is my best friend and someone that I do everything with. Including our women. Now, we have to convince Jennifer that she’s it for us amongst all the chaos. Will I be able to get through the storm that’s brewing and make sure that my girl and best friend are whole? Will the club, my family, survive what’s heading for us?
Jennifer ‘J’ Hayes
I’ve had a horrible beginning to my life. More damage has been done to me in such a short time that I don’t trust and I refuse to give my heart to anyone but my son Wade. Two men have taken me away from the only life I’ve ever known and I feel so much for the two of them. But, they have the power to destroy me more than anyone else has ever had in my life. Can I take that risk? Will I ever be able to stop looking over my shoulder for the past that haunts me?
Thomas ‘Boy Scout’ Reed
I followed my best friend to the Phantom Bastards MC. Wood and I have known one another a long time and we’ve shared our women for as long as I can remember. One fateful day, our lives changed when we met the one person that could make us want to settle down permanently. She’s got a past that we need to overcome and it’s going to take work; work that we’re both willing to put in. Can I get over my past and doubts to be the man that Jennifer needs me to be? Will I be able to lay everything on the line and let her in the same way that we ask her to do? Or will chaos take it all away from us before anything begins?

Jennifer has had a rough start but her sole focus is her son Wade. She finds herself getting rescued by bikers Boy Scout and Wood, who realize she is the woman they want in their life. Jennifer though is not ready for what they want, she needs time to heal and find herself, but Wood and Boy Scout are determined to win her heart. Can she let them in?

This was a good one, shorter read from this author but you get a full story. I liked Jennifer, she is a bit angsty at time but given her history you understand why. Another great series from this author.

Jennifer has to do what is best for her and her son Wade. After a horrible incident, two bikers Boy Scout and Wood took her to safety. Placed in an apartment and helped with everything, she tries to heal her mind after her body's injuries are gone. Boy Scout and Wood know that Jennifer is the woman for them. They are going to be patient and let her heal before they approach her with anything more. The last thing they want to do is scare her. How patient can two men be? When forever is on the line, there is nothing they won't do for her.

If you are looking for a quickie romance, a menage book to while away your lunch break, this is not the book to read. Jennifer's Choice is about just that. She has to chose to heal and move on from the life that beat her down and embrace her new one. This is about a relationship between three people, with two of them having had really rough starts in life. This about the three of them along with Jennifer's son Wade, becoming a family and being apart of the larger Phantom Bastards MC. I really enjoyed getting to know Jennifer, Wood and Boy Scout. Seeing how they really let their actions speak the truth of what they were saying to Jennifer; it was simply beautiful. I cannot wait for more of the Phantom Bastards.

Who says three is a crowd?? They have never met men like this!!!!

This is the first book in the Phantom Bastards MC. We get to see some characters we met in the Wild Kings and the Dander Falls books. We also meet the rest of the MC that have not been in those books.

I have wanted Wood and Boy Scout's story since I learned of them sharing. I knew whoever the lucky lady was, she was going to have to be strong. Jennifer is strong, stronger than she thinks. Her life was never perfect, but changed drastically when she was a teenager. She made choices that were not easy, and she had to deal with the fallout from them. Boy Scout and Wood know as soon as they see Jennifer she is it for them. It is not easy and they of love to get that they can be just the men for her. There is some drama concerning a few hours bunnies, and a whole new threat is introduced in this series.

These men are not doormats and will do whatever is necessary to protect what is theirs. As in the other books I love how the MC is a huge family, and if you are a part of it then you are a part of it.

Yes to Jennifer's Choice

I have been waiting for Wood and Boy Scouts story since Darcy landed in Wood's lap in Tank's book in WKMC series. I love that most of Osborne's series are tied together. Storyline was good, be prepared to cry, laugh and ahhh. I wish Wood and Darcy had another fall together in this story. Wood is an alpha and he is the leader of the trio. Boy Scout and Jennifer have had gone though similar back stories and my heart breaks for them.
I personally cant wait for Playboy, Killer, Fox and Slim's story...Personally Slim's story should be last and Osborne should always end each story with what's happening in Slim and Shy's life....but their story should be last in series. This story has triggers. Happy Reading!!!

Wood, Jennifer and Boy Scout

What a crazy life that was forced upon Jennifer at such a young age and all that she endured, but she did get a precious little boy Wade out of her heartache. Wood and Boy Scout knew immediately that Jennifer was going to be the one special lady in their lives and they showed her daily that they loved her and Wade and she would be treated as their queen. Boy Scout also had a devastating up bringing and was relieved that he could share his story with the both them and they in turn showed there love for him as well. I was really glad that Jennifer was able to get her GED and then go to college for an accounting degree and she lead a very busy life while doing this and then she also became pregnant with another little boy. Happy reading.

Loved it

Omg I fell in love with Wood, Boy Scout and Jennifer. They all have pasts and when they talked about it my heart was torn to shreds for them. Seeing them grow as a family was absolutely amazing. From the minute I picked this book up I couldn't put it down. The twists and turns kept coming. What a great start to new series. I can't wait to see what happens with Shy and Slim. I hope the club rip of heads of those Snakes one by one for messing with them and their family.

Good

While this book was good, it could have been so much better. The characters were good and the plot was good, but the writing was really disjointed. I have read all the books by this author and this book almost felt like it was written by someone else. The book just didn't flow well and felt rushed.

Amazing Read!

I love this series. I can't wait for Skin's story. Wood, Jennifer, and Boy Scout were so supportive of each other and made a loving family for Wade. I actually love all the characters in these books and enjoy reading about their lives. It's like visiting family. This was an great read with lots of depth and action. I recommend this book.

It's just OK...

Not really sure what to say about this book. Maybe it's becos the back story of how Jennifer came to be at the club just isn't there??? Who knows. The quality of storytelling just isn't there. It's very bitty and there's no flow to it. Wouldnt purchase another book by this author

Sweet and redeeming

Life is a adventure it's not always fun but it's a challenge this is my motto and it suited this book to a T with the exception of for some life is a extension of hell that you crawl up out of and survive with the help of your friends. it's a wonderful read.

2.75⭐️ Confusing AF. I thought that this was the first book in the series but I guess I need to read some of the other MC’s books to understand some of the things happening in this book. Wish I knew that before going in. Saves me from a lot of ”huh” moments. Aside from that, it was an “meh” read. Not sure if I’m going to continue on with this series.

This was an exhilarating, suspenseful, and steamy story. Glad we finally got Wood and Boy Scouts story. The love, devotion, understanding, and patience these two men showed to Jennifer was beautiful. I devoured this book and loved single moment.

While I wish there would have been some of the infamous Wood, Darcy, Crash and Trojan moments, I liked the story line. The characters were just as I've come to expect them from previous series. I would like to thank Erin Osborne for not using ABSOLUTELY like she did in the previous Wild King MC series. I am very grateful! There are still way too many spelling and grammatical errors, especially this many books and series into things.

OMG...…………………………………….WOW...…………………………………...What a way to start a series.
I was pulled into this story right from the get go and stayed there until I had read every single word that has been written. All the time having my mini movie playing out in my head, although at the same time I always feel as though I am part of the book, like an on looker to every thing that is happening.
Twists, turns and surprises await you with in the pages of this book, some of the surprises are large, some are small, some surprises you will see coming, while others will hit you full force, but each and every one is equally as important as the next.
I personally went on a little rollercoaster ride with my emotions during the course of reading this book, I laughed, I got frustrated, I got annoyed, I wanted to scream, I wanted to reach into the book and smack some of the characters. Yes I cried, for me personally if I cry at a book, it makes that book even better.
This is the first book in a new series The Phantom Bastards who are a 1% MC club, Erin has done a fantastic job in making us understand, how this MC works and the lengths they are prepared to go to for the club and the people they hold dear. Although we have met a few of the characters in previous books by Erin, it is nice to learn more about them individually.
Erin Osborne has done it again another book that she has put her all into and given us a fantastic story. I highly recommend this book to all you MC fans out there, if you are an Erin Osborne fan then I know you are going to love this book as much as I did/do.
Erin Osborne is one of my favourite MC authors and I can't wait to see where the journey of the Phantom Bastards MC is going to take us.
If you are reading this review hoping that I will give you more about the story and the plot then I am sorry that is not something I put into my reviews.
Erin Osborne I love you, thank you so much for sharing your stories with us.

Clarify please

If Jennifer's Choice is the first book in this series and the upcoming Shy's Last Stand is the third book in the series, what is the second book? I loved the first book and have been anxiously awaiting the second. I'm confused.
