McMillan is a terrific and creative storyteller. The Landlord was entertaining and certainly had some heat to it, and it also ended in an interesting way that makes the reader go, "hmmm..."
The punctuation with the dialogue could have been improved in this book. I have seen it some of this in previous stories as well. It didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of the story, but it does become distracting to a keen eye. I hope that it can be remedied in future books and edits.

I loved the storyline and the shortness of it. I feel the author has some growing to do but I also feel like being new, she'll get there. She's definitely got potential and obviously was good or I wouldn't give her 4 solid stars. I recommend giving this author a try.

Payment terms

This is a quick read, get down to it and enjoy story. My only suggestion is in something like this not to have the I love you come yet as it's not usually a reality and I think follow up stories could be made from a read like this if you ever wanted in the future. Putting aside that tad bit I would recommend this read to all the erotic romance readers out there.

The story itself was good. There was a few times when I was confused and I didn't like some of the things Lance said to bailey. I don't care how hot he was, I would of told him to shove it. Also when did they start dating for 4 months?
