Great book for the business owner who wants to build a business that's not only good today, but a business that has value when it comes time to retire and move on.

Bottom line... Build a process-based, customer-focused business with multiple, repeatable streams of revenue. Focus hard on making the business run without you, so when you're gone, it doesn't fall apart.

Content on estate tax planning appears to be out of date, but lots of good information for small business owners preparing for retirement.
