Rate this book
It seemed like it was going to be new start for Jeff, Polly and I.
A beautiful home in a sleep village, deep in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales.
Everything was going to be perfect from now on.
But what do you do when you discover you have an uninvited guest?
Worse, a guest that no one believes in!!
No one believes in fairy tales anymore, right?
Well they should.
And they don't always have happy endings.

Respect Fairy Tales … They Could Be True

A couple from London inherit a cottage that comes with its own boggart, a rather unpleasant goblin, and it turns out that if you name it … well, let’s say you don’t want to name it.

The result is an unsettling horror tale that doesn’t come to its full fruition until the last five pages.
