This is a reference manual. I haven't read the entire book, but have used this material in conjunction to the Author's online CEU course material on elotus.org. I highly recommend his classes for anyone who is interested in classical Chinese medicine, not just Dr. Tung's methods. He explains the theory better than just about anyone.

There are other books out there on Dr. Tung's (Dong's) methods, but this is perhaps the most comprehensive collection of points in 320 pages. All the diagrams are black and white drawings, but I think they are easy to read and better than many books out there. The theory is fairly easy to follow, but I would recommend to get additional training to understand the material. About a third of the book is cross-references based on symptoms and indications. I would recommend this book to anyone studying Dr. Tung's methods and want a comprehensive coverage of points. It should be pointed out that no book will cover all points, as many points need to be located by touch.
