This book is pretty ridiculous. It gives tips on how to loose 10 lbs fast. If you're pretty much skinny and just want to loose a few more pounds, it may work, but some of us need to loose more than 10 lbs; this book won't work for us.

I'm reading this primarily because the author is a naturopath and a big proponent of alternative medicine in England. Included in the book are recipes for the diets, but also natural remedies and just good, realistic rules to follow for healthy living!

We'll see if I actually do any of the diets ever, but good health and eating tips are included, as well as very interesting stats. For instance, you're better of being 10% overweight than 10% underweight - see, that's what I'm talking about.
