About the author

Born in Georgia but raised in the tiny town of Lisbon, Maryland, I spent most of my childhood in my bedroom, reading books and hiding out from the Spirit World. I graduated from Hood College in 1992 with a degree in French and Secondary Education. After almost a decade as a stay-at-home mom, followed by nearly two decades teaching high school French, Spanish, Italian and ESOL, I "retired" to pursue my third career serving the Spirit World as a professional psychic medium. I have conducted private and group readings throughout the United States and abroad. In addition to delivering messages from departed loved ones, I am often called upon to investigate paranormal activity and hauntings, assessing the energy and entities involved, and helping souls both here and on the Other Side find peace.

When I'm not writing, reading books or "reading" people, I also offer psychic development classes and mentor psychic kids, teens and adults. I wrote my first book, Madame Medium: Unleash Your Inner Psychic with a French Teacher Turned Psychic Medium, to help others uncover and hone their own innate intuitive gifts. First and foremost I am a wife, mother and grandmother, and spend most of my free time with my husband, daughters and grandchildren. I live just outside of Baltimore with my husband, Scott, our dog, Waffle, and our resident house spirit.

This book is the perfect read for anyone starting to explore the psychic world and tap into their own intuition! There are so many helpful tools from this former teacher, and her stories are both funny and relatable– you won’t want to put it down! I recommend this to all of my family + friends. Great read!

Great read

This book is full of great lessons, tips and advice on how to advance your psychic mediumship for beginners. Love Beth's sense of humor and love this book. Great resources too.
