I'm a little conflicted about my rating. This "book" took my family years to get through. We went through the material by occasionally doing a lesson at dinner. I felt like this was more helpful when my kids were younger. We remembered this a month ago and did the last seven lessons and my kids (now seven and eight) were a bit old for the material.
My biggest gripe with this book would be the organization. Some discussions were repetitive and felt random considering what we discussed before. I also needed MUCH more help with the sex talk. My husband and I were scrambling to find materials for that one.
All that being said, I NEEDED this book. The discussions we had using this material were priceless. I had conversations with my kids that I never would have had otherwise. I'll definitely be looking into the version for eight and up.
