This non-fiction book is appropriate for EYFS and Years 1 & 2 or children aged 3-7. It is a nice, simple, easy to read book about Pandas, detailing what they look like, what they eat, the environment they live in etc. The strength of this book lies in its accessibility and the wide age-range it can be read by in Primary School. It contains lots of pictures showing the forests in which they live, as well as the bamboo they eat, and is useful for the easy-to-read, informative pages on Pandas.

The book isn’t very challenging however, and is rather simple. I recommend it to be read by Lower-Middle-Ability readers in a Year 1 class.

This book is a informational book about pandas and how they live. I love the photos illustrated in this book. I think this is a good childrens book becasue it is fun and intesting. I also think it is good for children to learn about the different animals in the world. This book was very informative and I learned a lot about pandas that i never knew.
