Even guys should read this book. I learned so much from this single book and her simple advice has stood the test of time - I read this book over 10 years ago. I still remember and utilize the things I learned from this book, especially as I'm weathering an organizational change at work or taking a risk in a new job. In fact, this book is about surviving in corporate america vs. just making more money like the title suggests. Sadly, I don't think it's in print anymore but I guess you can get used ones on Amazon. Worth its weight in gold!
