I won't send roses

Rate this book
The poems in this book cover a time-span of 71 from 1945 to 2016, from age 18 to age 89. They are about love and loss, hope and fear. They are in a mix of some rhyme, some don’t. Some scan, some don’t. Most are ‘free’ verse. They are meant to be a stimulus – to doing something similar yourself, or to avoid doing anything similar. Either way, the hope is that you will write your own poems.
