Excellent book of karate wisdom! The authors have vast experience but write in a way that is relatable for beginners and veteran martial artists alike. They write with humility and a genuine desire to share the lessons they have learned so that others might experience success in karate and life as well.

Everything in this book makes perfect sense. Not only does this apply to karate but in all phases of life.
