I've been following 'seasonal trading' for 2+ decades, Yes, in general, it works. Better than flipping a coin BUT probably (60/40) at best. Two points regarding this book: The 'daily' bull/bear icons (at least this year) were nearly always the opposite. Next, using the Kindle version did not seems to work well. The pages number referenced did not refer well.
I love this book as a resource. However, I don’t rely on seasonality as the primary reason for a trade or investment. Instead, I view it as providing an incremental edge — a small but helpful improvement to the odds of a successful outcome. I focus on seasonal trends with exceptionally high historical track records.
