Many recipes were simply wrong

Many recipes didn't include all of the ingredients. For instance in the recipe for garlic & spinach pasta, garlic wasn't even listed as an ingredient! Other recipes called for a can of something but didn't say what size can. The order the ingredients were listed didn't match the order you'd add them to the recipe. Not a very helpful cookbook.

Good, but there are errors

In addition to typos (like "2 cups Four"), some recipes are too big for the Instant Pot Mini. Good selection of recipes poo Essenes, but I found his overuse of the possessive pronoun "your" to be irritating.

Inadequate instructions

Unfortunately this cookbook is poorly written.

Basic instructions are very vague. For example one recipe calls for 1/2 box of pasta. Since pasta in a box comes in a various sizes the instruction is useless.

My mini pot

Good easy to follow recipes, hard to find recipes for mini pot so glad I found these. Recipes are easy to adapt
