Djelo Život prije i poslije Srebrenice žanrovski predstavlja memoarsku prozu u kojoj se akcenat stavlja na evokativno pasažiranje, te emotivnu rekonstrukciju prošlosti, prelomljenu kroz prizmu sjećanja autorice na ratna i poslijeratna dešavanja u Srebrenici.

Djelo ima ne samo određenju književnu i subjektivnu, nego i historijsku vrijednost, te kroz prozni izraz i tematsko izlaganje autorice redprodukuje se teška životna stvarnost, te stradanje srebreničkog naroda.

Book in English is translated "Life Before and After Srebrenica", altogether there are 156 pages.

Negatives = Spelling mistakes, punctuation in wrong places (probably the way it was translated), at the beginning abit slow.

Positives = After time the story becomes heartbreaking the way it is being described.

A personal life story about what life was like in Srebrenica before the genocide, during and after, and how its impact is still felt today in the lives of so many. A much-needed book, and great that it has been translated in to English to reach out to different audiences.
