I purchased this book with many loved ones in mind. Author Gray gave wonderful insight into mental health, the difficulties that one lives with and how to live with it. Author Gray’s readability was easy and flowing, keeping me want to continue reading to the next page. I highly recommend this book to those who suffer from mental illness, those who love someone with mental illness or simply one who wants insight. Well written.
