The world and the abilities Rosie thought she knew are suddenly turned upside-down, leaving Avalon shuddering under the gravity of a queen without limits. Kerdik and Lugh do all they can to help, but when fresh chaos steals their focus, Rosie’s steady team begins to splinter apart. Faîte Falling/ Faîte Reborn is a 14-Part Urban Fantasy Series based in French Folklore.

“Indignation rattled my bones. “Are you freaking kidding me with this? Not once did I bring up that you owe me. I saved your neck because you needed help. Help is fluid. If you need it, you take it. If you have it, you give it. Anything else is currency, and I’m not stupid enough to treat kindness like Common cash. You shouldn’t be, either.” “Settle, Prim, Lugh warned. “We need her to help us still.” I was firm in my verdict. “We need her to love the Fae. If she’s not capable, then no amount of bartering will convince her.” (pg. 377).

Mary E. Twomey Blew Me Out Of The Water with this 13th book in the series!

Just when I thought I knew what was going to happen in Queen Rosie’s second life – Many events that test her team to their limits; loyalties are stretched to the breaking point, and Uncle Dub complicates Rosie and Kerdick’s “Happily Ever After.”

Each character continues to be a fully-fleshed person with imperfect emotions that tend to wage war with their intellect. The world-building remains Top-Notch, with Poetic Descriptions of creatures, flora and fauna. This novel truly holds one’s attention while it takes the Beautiful Bookworm on a Rip-Roaring Ride!

The path to True Love is Never Smooth – with many twists and turns, Dearest Reader you will need to “gird Your Loins” for! This is as much as I will reveal, as I Never reveal spoilers so that everyone can enjoy each book.

I so Highly Recommend that you add this series to your home library.

This is certainly a series that you simply should not pass up! Each book builds on the one before and is just a captivating, leaving you looking forward to the next. Lonely Girl is no exception. Rosie is so strong and amazing, handling all the curveballs thrown at her with nothing but finesse and charm. No spoilers here, but you should read from the beginning of the series as each book develops the characters and the story into something that you just won't want to put down. Rosie adventure has been tough and rough, but the author delights with a perfect story with humor injected in just the right places. Chock full of characters you love to love and love to hate, have some tissues close by as you delve into one of the best fantasy series I have ever read.

The hits keep coming. Rosie doesn't get many breaks from the past and it keeps impacting her present and future plans.

I am so glued to this series and read each book immediately until the end. The author always keeps you guessing and I love that she takes chances with the characters. She is not afraid to kill off someone or show the ugly side of love too. I highly recommend the series.

I just hope Rosie gets a little bit more happiness as the story continues.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.

And the plot thickens!

Just when I think things will finally start to wind down for Rosie, Mary adds a new twist to the story!
Loving Kerdik comes with a steep price and it seems that around every corner there’s a landmine waiting for Rosie and Lugh.
I can’t help but feel that Kerdik is as toxic as the island he created for her. It’s too bad she loves him so much. And that she has to rely on him to survive. Especially was he goes missing again!
This is installment in Rosie’s life is a fast paced must read! I’m looking forward to Only Girl!

I received this as an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I am just not the right audience for this book. It is not that the book is bad. I am just not all that interested in fantasy. There were some interesting elements, (pun intended). But it is just not the style/genre for me.

I absolutely loved this second part of the series! I am so glad we didn’t have to say goodbye to these characters just yet. Rosie still seems to not catch a break, but it was so refreshing seeing how much she has grown now as Queen. I can’t wait for book 14!

She thought everything was going to alright until her uncle appears and set things upside down. Her team is breaking up and if she wants to sort it she must do it alone. What must she do? See how she gets on

I love this series and seeing the adventures Rosie discovers in her second life. It’s never easy, but it’s worth it when she keeps growing as a person.

another

Another great story, full of mishaps, struggles, and misery. Solving one, leads to another, until you don’t know what’s up and who you can depend on….. or who to blame!

Rosie does not get the second life she was promised. No man can give her a happy, pain free life. For all she does for others. I appreciate that her Common world is not cut and dry separated, and she still hasn't finished her mourning.
